Toss – SJ panthers won the toss and elected to bat
Panthers innings –
Pramod and Ajay opened the bowling for Sunnyvale, and started with a lot of intent. Pramod beat the outside edge time and again, while Ajay bowled tight overs from the other end. Pramod finally got us the first breakthrough with Mayyank taking a well judged catch at mid on.
Santosh replaced pramod, and troubled the batsmen with his pace and bounce. Shashank came in at the other end, and picked up the other opener.
After this, wickets fell at regular intervals with Santosh bagging a couple feom his end.
Ahsan replaced Santosh, and took 2 more wickets.
The innings was closed out by Shashank.
Synnyvale innings:
Sunnyvale started their innings cautiously, and Raj unfortunately got out caught at mid off. Baba went in at the fall of the wicket, and Jag and he strung together a partnership that all but finished off the game. Jag was out with a few runs left. Shashank and Baba batted sensibly to guide Sunnyvale home.
Sunnyvale overall dominated the game in all departments. Only area that needed improvement was the rotation of strike in the middle overs.
